Mowgli and Baloo from the Jungle Book were created by Helen Kish in 2007 for the Storyland Edition. Mowgli is 7.5 inches tall and is articulated in 8 points to make him a pure joy to pose. The face sculpt used for Mowgli is the Anjali, which has been retired. He has a soft black mohair wig and painted brown eyes. Mowgli is wearing a leather fringed loincloth outfit trimmed with beads. Baloo towers over Mowgli at 14 inches tall. Baloo is jointed at the neck, arms, and legs. Baloo's face is made of resin and his body is a soft plush fur. This is a Limited Edition of 750 and retails for $240.00.

Tulah's imagination takes flight as she pictures herself as a circus performer wowing the crowds in the big top. She was produced as a Limited Edition of 650 pieces. Tulah is 7.5 inches tall and has the most wonderful carrot red hair with matching freckles! Her outfit has lots of detail, and is as cute in the back as the front! Adora Dolls

Adora Dolls started business to produce porcelain dolls.  Thankfully, in 2000 they started producing high quality vinyl babies like these.  Adora has basically two lines, their limited Edition dolls which are 22" and weigh 4 pounds, sculpted by famous doll designers and made in a smaller quantities, and the Name Your Own Baby line.  The Name Your Own Baby line has almost infinite possibilities.  There are several sculpts which may be changed by a different color of eyes, or hair.  They are very well made 3 pound dolls that are soft, huggable, and most importantly, loveable.  Adora Dolls have won many awards and it is easy to see why when you hold one.

This is Adora's Andrea. She is beautiful! Andrea is a Limited Edition of 495 Adora doll and was sculpted by Pat Moulton. She has brown mohair tied in high pigtails with satin ribbon and pretty blue eyes with long lashes. Andrea is also very proud of her two top teeth! She is 22 inches long and has a hard vinyl head, 3/4 length arms and legs on a soft weighted cloth body. Phyllis Parkins - The Collectables

The collectables was one of the largest collectable doll companies for over 25 years.  Phyllis sculpted and designed all of the original dolls and John, her husband, ran the production.  A play doll line was also developed for the Toy Industry and manufactured in China.  These dolls were sold in all 50 states and several international countries.  Phyllis traveled to many stores where she would meet with her Collectors and sign their dolls.  She even traveled as far as Australia to do a doll signing.  She made an edition of 250 dolls for Disney World and also attended their doll show where her one of a kind was auctioned for over $2.500.00 on the final night.  The Collectables was commissioned by the White House in 1990 to produce fifty 30 inch dolls which were in the theme of the Nut Cracker Suite which was used to decorate the main Christmas tree of the White House.  They had their business out of Rolla, Missouri but are no longer in business.

This little dolls name is Krista. You can just see the excitement and wonder in this little doll's face. She is just looking for something new to explore. Krista was sculpted by Phyllis and is all-original in her box. She is extra special because she is signed on her cloth body by Phyllis. She is wearing a gorgeous peach dress with a little lace pinafore in cream. The dress is very frilly and detailed. Krista is wearing lacey white anklets with peach colored shoes. Her eyes are bright blue and she has blonde hair. Krista has a vinyl head, ¾ length vinyl arms and legs with a soft cloth articulated body. She is VERY poseable and lots of fun to display. This precious doll by Phyllis Parkins is just a dream to pose! She has a vinyl head, arms, and legs on a weighted soft cloth body. Her eyes are bright blue with long lush eyelashes and sandy blonde hair. Jose is wearing a one piece peach satin jumper with a soft white fleece embroidered jacket. Her matching bonnet has lots of tucks and lace as does her little embroidered blanket. Jose also comes with her tiny white plush kitten. Jose is articulated to let her pose in many positions. She is wearing a little pink and white suspender pants made of pink and white stripped cotton fabric over a little white cotton long sleeved top with a bow and matching floppy hat. Karen is hand signed on her cloth body. Phyllis Parkins has retired from the doll business, so it is getting much harder to find her dolls, especially new ones that are hand signed like this one. David was sculpted by Laura Tuzio Ross for Master Piece Gallery. Laura was born and raised in New Jersey and was blessed with incredible talent. Laura recognized that she was able to draw at the age of 3. Although Laura could draw anything, she was happiest when drawing people. She now is a very sought after doll sculptor and looking at David and her friend Julia it is clear to see why. The details on her outfit are very sweet. Her corduroy jacket and matching floppy hat have a small floral print on them that matches her hot pink corduroy pants. What a beautiful doll! The story behind Tiny Kitty Collier is that she is from a tiny make believe place and time where she opens her own little dress shop. She is famous for making the most beautiful and detailed clothing and accessories. Her outfits are known for their elegance and feminine flair. Tiny Kitty was first introduced to us at the Fashion Doll Convention Tonner Dinner and was limited to 300 dolls that came with 3 outfits in a special gift box. Kitty is a miniature version of the popular 18 inch doll with the exception being her eyes are painted instead of glass. This is a SUZANNE GIBSON doll that we found at an Estate Sale. She is a big doll at 22 inches with a vinyl head and 3/4 length vinyl arms and legs on a cloth body. She has brown open close eyes with all her lashes and shiny dark brown hair. Her neck is inscribed 197? SUZANNE GIBSON. We have replaced her clothes with a new Lee Middleton Junior Bridesmaid dress that is gorgeous and retails for $29.99. It is cotton candy pink satin with a sheer white overlay with tiny white hearts with lots of ruffles and bows. She has a tulle slip, white satin pantaloons, and pink satin ballet shoes. It fits her wonderfully except the shoes are a tad to big. She is a beautiful doll. I did see a small spot on the cloth on her neck that I did not try to remove.
