Gotz was the name of the company's founders, Franz and Marianne Gotz. Their dolls were handcrafted and created in Germany.  For over 50 years Gotz has been producing dolls specially designed for little ones. They pride themselves on the fact that their dolls are easy to care for.  They will open the doors of imagination. They are designed to encourage pretend play. In the spring of 2004, Gotz closed their German factory.

This is Gotz's Ingrid sculpted by Hildegard Gunzel. She is for the 2007 Gotz Sammler Edition and is Limited to 652. Ingrid is about 19 inches long with a vinyl head, 1/4 length arms, and 3/4 length vinyl legs on a soft cloth body. She has blonde hair and big blue stationary eyes. Her mouth is slightly open, so she could probably take a pacifier. Ingrid's outfit is a lovely very long pink gown with a sheer pink overlay and a matching bonnet. She is wearing pantaloons and white soft t strap mesh crib shoes. She has only been out of her box long enough to take her pictures and carefully returned as found. She comes to you new in the box (slight scuffs on top of box)  with her attached wrist tag (written in German) and all her paperwork. This doll has a retail value of $250.00. Lamb is not included with this doll.

This 16 inch doll is brand new in her original box with her original tags. Her name is Taylor and she is made by Gotz and designed by Hildegard Gunzel from the Kinderland Series. She is a full vinyl doll with joints at her neck,  arms, legs. She has blond hair and blue stationary eyes.  Taylor is wearing a pair of soft pink pants and a white mid drift tee with a teddy printed on it.  To finish off her outfit, she has a pink floral ball cap with matching tennis shoes. She is very very cute with her tummy showing!

Cara's pet is a monkey named "Lolle". Cara and her three friends were sculpted by Bernice Perini. They were manufactured by Gotz in Germany. The retail price on these dolls was $120.00.
