Elsie Dinsmore
A Life of Faith
When we first meet Elsie she is eight
years old and growing up in the mid-1840's on a very grand plantation
called "Roselands," with its huge mansion, spectacular gardens, large
stables, and lush orchards. Elsie is a sweet, lovely Southern
belle with soft hazel eyes and beautiful curly brown hair. She is
an heiress who will inherit millions of dollars when she turns 18.
Unfortunately, Elsie is very, very lonely.
That's because she has never known the love of a parent. Her
mother died right after she was born and she has never met her father.
She lives with relatives who do not welcome her presence in their home.
Elsie is a 18 3/4 inch fully-jointed
beautiful doll, she can sit, stand, put her hands together in prayer,
and be posed in many positions. Elsie also comes with her miniature
Bible. The Elsie you receive will be wearing this newer dress, we
have sold out of the original.
