After the huge success of the 2002 Madame Alexander collection marketed for McDonald’s Happy meals, Madame Alexander and McDonald’s teamed up again for a new series of dolls, this one larger containing 12 dolls. These 4-inch beauties with open close eyes were found in Happy Meals. The set included Rapunzel, Pink Fairy, Flower Girl in both Caucasian and African-American, Ring Carrier in both Caucasian and African-American, Halloween Pumpkin Costume, Halloween Leopard Costume, Hannah Pepper, Hannah Pepper’s Friend, It’s Raining and Country Fair Girl.
